How to Grill a Grass Fed Steak

Ingredients

    • Grand View Beef New York Strip

    • Grand View Beef Ribeye

    • Grand View Beef Sirloin

    Directions

    1. Salt and pepper your steaks (see ‘notes’ below if you have extra time).

    2. Heat grill as hot as you can (500-600 F)

    3. Place steak on hottest part of grill and sear each side for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

    4. Move steak off direct heat to lower heat and grill each side for 3 minutes (rare) or 4 minutes (medium-rare). *See note about grilling times.

    5. Remove steaks from heat. Cover and let rest 5 to 7 minutes.
