They are rotated daily to fresh grass, and the manure they leave behind rejuvenates the soil to grow better grass to feed more chickens and pasture pigs. As chickens are monogastric omnivores and can't live on grass alone, they are also fed a non-GMO corn and soybean meal based feed.
